Employee Focus
Employees are Q Shop’s greatest asset. Q Shop has five full-time employees – several are fully cross-trained in all operations while the remaining employees are currently in the training process. Q Shop’s training program is hands-on and focused on the individual strengths and interests. Management promotes skill diversification with all employees. It is because of their quality staff and commitment to continuous improvement that Q Shop Precision Welding is positioned to take on the next new project with ease.
Community Focus
Q Shop Precision Welding is a proud sponsor and contributor to many community organizations. A portion of proceeds go to charities such as American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and local food shelters.

Our History
On May 11, 2019; Q Shop LLC was officially formed and acquired the assets of long-term business Q Shop Inc (1997-2019) and were able to retain the skilled craftsmen that have been an integral part of the company for years. New owners Dave Calhoun and Cori Calhoun each bring a family touch while adding their combined 50+ years of both manufacturing and business experience.
In January, 2021; Q Shop LLC began operating under a DBA: Q Shop Precision Welding.
